What was filed in May 2023?

529 filings in the current snapshot were submitted in May 2023, across 5 boroughs. 448 alteration filing, 80 new building, 1 full demolition.

Filing date is when the paperwork was submitted, not when work started. Many of these were approved later, some were never built, and a filing can change status long after the month it belongs to here.
