Kind of work

What mechanical work is filed in New York City?

9549 filings in the current snapshot record mechanical systems. Heating, ventilation and cooling — the plant that makes a building habitable, and the work most often filed alongside a conversion.

A filing can record several kinds of work at once, so this count overlaps with the other categories rather than dividing the catalog into separate piles.
