What was filed in February 2024?

500 filings in the current snapshot were submitted in February 2024, across 5 boroughs. 393 alteration filing, 104 new building, 3 full demolition.

Filing date is when the paperwork was submitted, not when work started. Many of these were approved later, some were never built, and a filing can change status long after the month it belongs to here.
