What was filed in August 2024?

558 filings in the current snapshot were submitted in August 2024, across 5 boroughs. 483 alteration filing, 74 new building, 1 full demolition.

Filing date is when the paperwork was submitted, not when work started. Many of these were approved later, some were never built, and a filing can change status long after the month it belongs to here.
