Battery Avenue

Each building is its own outline at its own roof height, in its own place — the gap down the middle is the street. Turn it to see the other side. The letter on a roof is the building class the city files it under.

A filing is about a building rather than about a street, so the records here are grouped into the buildings they name. Each drawing is that building’s own footprint at its own roof height, from the outlines City Planning publishes; the panel beside it is what the tax roll records about the lot, and the last one is every filing here that names it.

159 lots are mapped on Battery Avenue. These are the first 6, and none of them is named by a filing.
